MP3 Jukebox is an impressively featureful MP3 player considering its age and target audience: it is probably the most complete MP3 player for Windows 3.1!

But I am getting ahead of myself. Actually, it is not really for Win3.1. It was compiled as a 32-bit executable for Windows 95, 98 and beyond. But it does run fine on Windows 3.1 if you install Win32s.

Also, it is not really a player, but a frontend to Fraunhofer's WinPlay3. So besides getting some very nice features such as ID3 tagging and a surprisingly featureful playlists manager (here these are called "Collections"), the songs are decoded with one of the best MP3 decoders. I tested MP3 Jukebox with versions 1.3 and 2.3b5 for Win16 and it worked without issues.
