Plugger is yet another dist10 compile, created by Alberto Demichelis. Quality is quite bad and on par with 8hz-mp3, SoloH, etc.

It comes in two flavours, "Plugger+" for Pentium PCs and "Plugger+ Pro" for Pentium Pro.

There used to be a website hosted at Xoom, but it got deleted and I couldn't find mirrors at archive.org.
