Yet Another MP3 Player for Windows by André Karwath. It uses the Bugsy Wabbit MP3 decoder and offers the usual fare: playlists, tags (read only), supports a bunch of formats. I think the only remarkable thing about this one is that all skins I tried are horrid. Let's move on.
