lamedropXPdV3.0, WaveGainV1.2.7 and VolumaxV0.4 released

lamedropXPdV3.0 contains completely new file input routines to provide oggvorbis and FLAC file input and tag copying, and also for wave file input. Album Art is not yet supported. There are also improvements to the encoding and tagging dialogues. WaveGainV1.2.7 is the final release of what has been in beta for a couple of years! And, VolumaxV0.4 also has new file input routines that it shares with WaveGain.

LAME 3.98 .exe and lamedropXPd versions added that use libsndfile 1.0.18pre22a dll
