oggenc2

oggenc2.x: is a command line Ogg Vorbis encoder based upon the official oggenc. Features include compression from lossless files (Monkeys Audio, LPAC, FLAC, OptimFROG, WavPack and Shorten - requires presence of decoders). Version 2.8 introduces correct channel mapping for encoding of multi-channel (3 to 6 channels) files that conform to the WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE standard. The multi-channel mapping conforms to the Vorbis I Specification.

Using libVorbis 1.3.7, libOgg 1.3.4, and SoXR 0.1.1. (Recompiled to correct Version info.) Uses SoXR resampling library in place of libsamplerate for speed and size benefits as well as maintaining high quality resampling. Accepts 8, 16, 24, 32 bit Int and Float RAW PCM input. Includes facility to scale FLAC input using FLAC Replaygain Tag values - ICL 19 compiles (Generic is VS 2015 compile).

Using libVorbis 1.3.7 (aoTuVb6.03), libOgg 1.3.4, and SoXR 0.1.1. Accepts 8, 16, 24, 32 bit Int and Float RAW PCM input. Includes facility to scale FLAC input using FLAC Replaygain Tag values. Generic and P4 are WindowsXP friendly, and are VS 2015 compiles. x64 is VS 2022 compile. x64 compile accepts wave and FLAC file input only for encoding. Recompiled to resolve Intel compiler issue. libFLAC.dll required for FLAC input is included.
