lame.exe - modified to use INI File Setup
2006-09-24This .exe uses an '.ini' file to set up the preset, scalefactor and experimental Y option to be used in encoding. This is designed to simplify usage and to restrict the encoding options available. Includes the decoding fix, as above. Compiled with ICL9.1.
